Competition Cheer Qualifies for State

Congratulations to the JCHS Competition Cheer Squad for qualifying for the State Cheer Championships this week in Columbus.  The competition will kick off Friday night at 7:00 pm.

Football Travels to Bainbridge

The JCHS Football team will hit the road this Friday night to open the GHSA State Playoffs.  The 8 – 2 Hounds will travel to Baindridge for the first round game.

Laney Doster Finishes 6th

JCHS Cross Country Runner, Laney Doster, finished 6th in the GHSA State Championship this past Friday.  Congratulations to Laney for a tremendous effort.

Cross Country Finishes 6th

Congratulations to our Girls XC team for their 6th place finish this past Friday at the GHSA State Championships.  We are so proud of what Coach Moore, Coach Wilson,  Coach Boland and the girls have accomplished this year.

Football Crushes Ola

The JCHS Greyhounds defeated Ola 42-3 Friday night to up their record to 8 – 1 and set up a huge showdown with Stockbridge this Friday in Gray.  It will also be Senior Night for the Greyhounds.  The winner of this game will host the first round of the state playoffs.

John Trimnell

This past Thursday JCHS longtime Principal and AD, John Trimnell,  went to be with the Lord.  Those that were fortunate enough to know him will never forget him.  He will be missed tremendously.  He lived every day showing others how life should be lived.  Thank you Mr. Trimnell for all the lessons you taught us and
