The JCHS Football team will hit the road this Friday night to open the GHSA State Playoffs. The 8 – 2 Hounds will travel to Baindridge for the first round game.

The JCHS Greyhounds defeated Ola 42-3 Friday night to up their record to 8 – 1 and set up a huge showdown with Stockbridge this Friday in Gray. It will also be Senior Night for the Greyhounds. The winner of this game will host the first round of the state playoffs.
Jones County moved to 4-0 and opened up the region schedule with a 55 – 7 victory over Union Grove. They will be back in action on Friday at Woodland.
Jones County defeated Northside 35 – 27 Friday night to move to 3 – 0 on the season. The Hounds will be at home this Friday to host Union Grove at 7:30
Jones County Football improved to 2-0 on the season by Beating Baldwin 41 – 17. The Hounds will travel to Warner Robins this Friday to take on Northside
Jones County Football went on the road last night and defeated Howard 34 – 28 in the season opener. It was a tremendous game and a great test for the Hounds. The Hounds will be back in action next Friday for their home opener against Baldwin.
Christian Veal has signed a football scholarship with New Mexico Military Institute. We are proud of him and excited for him and his family for this dream to come true. Thank you Christian for all you have done for JCHS.
Dayton Hunt has signed a football scholarship with Mount Joseph University. The Wide Receiver will be travelling to Ohio to further his academic and athletic career. We wish him the best and thank him for all he has done.
